We believe partnership is an action word. As a community partner, we provide high quality, environmentally safe disposal and recycling services at rates that are among the lowest in the state. But we don't stop there. We enhance local job opportunities by employing fulltime employees, boost the economy by purchasing supplies and services, and channel more than $5.3 million into our local and regional economy each year. We also support our communities by supporting local organizations.

We recognize the importance of our employees in these partnerships. Our 20 full-time employees (who average 12 years experience with Riverbend), many of whom live here, coach youth sports, volunteer for local festivals, help in the schools and serve on committees.
